King Street Estate Planning uses your contact details to administer your account and the services you request. The legal operator is King Street Estate Planners Ltd. This statement explains the separate account/service contact checkbox on registration.
This is not permission for advertising, promotional offers, marketing calls or referral marketing. It does not replace the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.
Contact may include verification and password-reset messages, security alerts, replies to enquiries, appointment arrangements, requests for missing instructions, document-review or signing information, and factual order, payment or service-status notices where those services apply.
KSEP may contact clients through the contact details they provide where reasonably necessary to create or secure an account, verify identity, provide a requested service, arrange appointments, progress estate-planning work, deliver documents, administer payments, provide support, respond to enquiries, administer competitions or notify winners. These are service communications and are separate from direct marketing. Email, SMS and telephone marketing permissions are recorded separately and remain optional. A person who refuses or withdraws marketing permission must continue to receive essential service communications and retain access to normal support and contractual rights. KSEP must record why contact is permitted, what the communication concerns, the channel used and the evidence supporting that contact decision. KSEP-ICO-PECR-Compliance-Requir…
The checkbox acknowledges these contact arrangements. It is not blanket data-protection consent and is not relied upon to turn necessary contractual, security or legally required processing into consent-based processing. The Privacy Policy identifies the purposes and lawful bases actually used.
Any optional marketing must be handled separately with the appropriate choice and withdrawal arrangements. We do not treat this required account/service acknowledgement as marketing permission.
Keep your account contact details accurate and tell us about suspected misuse. To ask about contact arrangements, accessibility or a message you received, contact
enquiries@kingstep.co.uk. Data-protection questions can be sent to
enquiries@kingstep.co.uk.
We will explain any effect that an unavailable contact channel has on a requested service. This statement does not waive your statutory rights or prevent an objection, complaint or withdrawal of any genuinely optional consent.
